Twin City Union Football Club Coaching/Volunteer Form
As our Club deals directly with minors, all Coaches, volunteers, Board Members and Directors in their respective positions are required to fill out an application form.

Coaching positions: The Club is always looking for coaches. Our Club Cycle typically is from May to April with a few exceptions on our older boys teams which are from February to January. Coaches, paid or volunteer will enter in to 1 year contracts. Every year a returning coach, paid or volunteer must go through this process. Coaches are require to pay for their Risk Management Clearance, Coach Safe and any other requirements dictated by the League or Organizations our Club chooses to participate in.

Team Managers: Because of their direct involvement with minors they are also required to fill this out yearly. Team Managers are required to pay for their Risk Management Clearance, Coach Safe and any other requirements dictated by the League or Organizations our Club chooses to participate in.

No coach or team manager will be assigned to a team until these processes are completed.

In the event that certifications expire during the season, it is the responsibility of the Coach, Team Manager, Board Member and Directors to not allow them to lapse. A lapse in clearance could result in termination of contract with the Club.

Twin City Union Football Club Application Disclosure Form
Under Washington law, Twin City Union Football Club is required to obtain a written disclosure form from all applicants for employment or for volunteer positions which will or may involve unsupervised access to children less than sixteen years of age, or developmentally disabled persons or vulnerable adults.
