A.S. University Council: Application Packet Request Form (Spring 2020)
Thank you for your interest in an A.S. student government position for the 2019-2020 academic year. The application packet that you are requesting will contain information about applying for a vacancy on the A.S. University Council.

Once you submit this form, an application packet will be sent to you within 24 hours via email. The packet will be in PDF form and will include items that you will need to print and submit to the Associated Students office (suite 320, Conrad Prebys Aztec Student Union) before the following deadline:

- Monday, December 2, 4:00pm, A.S. Office
