Centerpointe Community Church Building Rental Policy
* READ CAREFULLY*

- I agree that the contact person named herein is at least 18 years old and agrees to be responsible for the group.

- I agree that no alcohol will be on site, including in the parking lot and surrounding property.

- I agree that there will be no smoking in the building, in the parking lot, or in/on surrounding property.

- I agree that any equipment in the building MAY NOT be used unless permission was given when the rental arrangements were made.

- I agree that I will only use decorations that can be secured with sticky tack or push pins.

- I agree that if my group is found using any rooms that have not been booked, I will be charged for additional room rentals. Keep participants to rental areas. Do not roam the church. Children must be supervised at all times. Building projects may be going on and all areas may not be safe.

- I agree that the use of the kitchen is prohibited unless renting it for an additional fee. If the refrigerator and freezer are used for food storage, all left over food must be removed within 48 hours.

- I agree that all rooms are to be returned to the condition they were in before the start of the event. Please sweep floors, vacuum rugs (if needed), wash tables/counters, and mop floors. Please bag up any garbage and put in hallway by the cleaning closet. Please do not leave any food behind.

- I agree that if any furniture is moved, it will be returned to its original position.

- I agree that I will walk through the building to make sure all lights are turned off prior to leaving the building.

- I agree that all doors leading outside will be checked to ensure they are shut tight and locked upon leaving the building. Front doors need to be checked from the outside by pulling on the door handles.

- I agree that I am required to give at least 72 hours notice for the cancellation of my rental. Failure to notify the church office may result in the loss of my rental deposit.

- I agree that Centerpointe Community Church will not be held responsible for personal injury, damage to personal items, or for the loss or theft of any items belonging to the applicant or persons attending the event.

- I agree that in the event of a necessary church function (funeral, etc.), my rental may be cancelled with as much notice as possible given.

- I agree that until I have given the church office a signed copy of the Centerpointe Community Church Building Rental Policy and a $50 refundable deposit, my rental dates will not be guaranteed.
