OldSchool@Work Alliance Application
OldSchool@WorkAlliance's goal will be to hold companies accountable to rectify systemic bias and make age a criterion for diversity and inclusion. We hope to ensure accountability by providing the tools and metrics to measure (and report) respective employers’ progress and results. 
 
We are amassing a robust group of activists with skills and gumption to create an iterative system for measuring age inclusivity to continually find and create tools to improve results.

Through this approximately 5 minutes online application, members will indicate how much time they can volunteer and the ways they want to help.
