We’re looking for an experienced social media design lead to grow the scale and impact of NAABW's brand marketing efforts through social media channels and campaigns. You will drive the overall design of the social media plan and published content. The role reports directly to the NAABW Creative Director.
Responsibilities- Provide on brand visuals for social media, digital ad campaigns, emails and more, applying best practices and strong design principles- Work with team on all phases of each project, from translating ideas into visual concepts, through design development and refinement, to ensuring implementation of approved designs. Provide all required specifications.- Manage and lead multiple projects simultaneously- Collaborate with social media ops to operationalize social media design plan

- Must create and SOLEY USE NAABW email account for external communications - Must create and SOLEY USE NAABW Slack account for internal communications - Must be plugged into team communications, responsive, and deadline oriented - Must dedicate 4 - 8 hours monthly (on average)- Must be be a part of one team conference call per month- Attention to detail - Must have a strong understanding of design principles- Not currently working with any other organization outside of work (explanation: in order to take NAABW to the next level, we need team members that are solely dedicated to serving our mission, and our community.
