eQNet: Questionnaire for publishers, vendors and repository owners

eQNet is a three-year (September 2009-2012) project funded under the European Commission’s Lifelong Learning programme coordinated by European Schoolnet and involving nine Ministries of Education. The project is currently proposing answers to these questions by identifying seven criteria that make learning content ‘Travel Well’. European teachers working in the project have already used the eQNet criteria to identify more than 5.000 resources with the potential to ‘Travel Well’ in European Schoolnet’s Learning Resource Exchange for schools.

The eQNet project is now offering a completely free service to a selected number of educational content developers and publishers across Europe. Simply provide us with access to a sample of 10-15 resources on any subject appropriate for K-12 instruction in any European language and teachers in the project will apply the eQNet criteria in order to identify those that have the ‘Travel Well’ potential. Once we have completed this work, we will provide you with a short report on our findings and you can then review the criteria yourself.

Is there a catch? Only a very small one. If you appreciate the work done by the teachers and the feedback you have received, we would be grateful if you would answer this short online questionnaire when we have completed the exercise. Alternatively, feel free to fill out this questionnaire to tell us what you think of TW criteria and its applicability to your work.

This questionnaire is aimed at understanding the usability of digital content from one cultural and educational context to another. Thanks for taking 10 minutes to answer!
