YCSS ICT Fault Reporting
1) It's important to include correct location details and brief description of fault / issue.
2) Proper completion of form will facilitate & expedite processing of repairs/maintenance.
3) Depending on the severity of the technical faults and availability of the vendor(s), repairs may take up to 3 / 7 / 21 days to fix. We seek your kind understanding and patience on this matter.
4) Replacement of faulty projector / visualiser / etc. - is strictly subjected to availability of a loan/replacement set.
