Registration Deadline:
Rolling registration until class is full. Please note that some workshops are hot sellers - first paid, first secured.

Registering Multiple Participants
There are specific questions that pertain to each individual participant (ex/ Allergies, photo releases etc.)  If filling out a form for a friend or family member, please gather their information before beginning. Every participant needs to register individually.

Payment information:
Your registration is not complete until payment is received. Payment is required no later than 7 days after you have filled out your online registration form. If payment is not received within 7 days your seat may be forfeited if there is a waitlist.
PAYPAL - Invoices are sent manually, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. You do not need to have a PayPal account to choose this option, you can pay online with a credit card.
CHECKS - Can be mailed to 6 South Centre Street Pottsville PA 17901. Please remember to write your workshop + date in the memo.
IN-SHOP - You may stop by the shop to pay, please check home page of website for business hours. (Please note we are closed January 1 until mid-February for winter break, please select another payment option during this time).
GIFT CARDS - We accept gift cards for most workshops. Mud & Maker gift cards for workshops are redeemable at our Pottsville location only. We do not accept gift cards when teaching at other venues. Does your gift card have a star on it or was won at a raffle / auction? Special exceptions apply, please call for details. When signing up for a workshop, your gift card number will be noted. In the event you are unable to make it to class without notice, your gift card will be void.

Cancellation Policy
If we cancel the class, we will notify you and a full refund will be given. If you are unable to attend a workshop, we understand that extenuating circumstances arise. There are no refunds for workshops, if you are unable to make a scheduled workshop you have 30 days from workshop date to make up the class. There will be NO refunds, class exchanges or credits for calls made less than 24 hours in advance. When you register for a class, it is no different than purchasing a ticket to a play, baseball game or concert. Seats are limited for each workshop. Thank you for understanding this policy. PLEASE NOTE: You will also need to PICK UP your project when it is complete. We typically hold onto projects for 60-90 days depending on the season. Projects left after this deadline will be donated to charity.

Glaze day
You will select your glaze day while at your workshop. We understand that sick days happen, schedules change and sometimes appointments simply slip your mind; if a glaze day is forgotten or canceled with less than 24 hours notice more than *twice*, a $5 rescheduling fee will apply. Notice must be given via email or phone call.

Pick Up + Drop Off for children's workshops & camps
Please note you will need to sign out your child each day when class is over. We will not release a child without a parent’s or guardian's signature. If a friend or relative is picking up, they will need photo ID at time of sign out as well as written consent from the parent. Children ages 13+ are permitted to walk with a written permission slip. NO EXCEPTIONS.

The Studio:
The classroom studio at Mud & Maker is on the second floor. There is not elevator access - if you or a member of your group is unable to climb stairs, please contact us for a private appointment.

Arrival:
Doors open 10 mins prior to each workshop

Please note, the studio is SMALL. There is ONE adult permitted per child participant; there simply is not extra room for tag along friends / siblings that aren't also participating.

PLEASE NOTE:
Wet clay projects take 3-4 weeks to complete. Please plan accordingly if you are making a gift.
You will make your project on the scheduled date for class, then return (usually about 2 weeks later give or take) to glaze it. *Glaze day only dates typically will have projects completed within on week.
