"Panel" is our catchall word for sessions, demonstrations, presentations, activities, etc.
We are looking for great panels covering just about any Comic Con topic you can think of. Some examples include comics, anime, sci-fi, fantasy, games, representation, cosplay, literature, film making, and art demonstrations.
We are only able to accept a limited number of programs. Please develop, research, and plan your idea carefully and professionally. All programs must be 60 minutes in length.
Priority will be given to applications received by August 1.
Exhibitor must be set up prior to the event and remain open through the entirety of the event.
Exhibitor will comply with all local, state, and federal laws including but not limited to taxes. Photo/Video/Recording Consent. Exhibitor agrees to give permission to Mesa County Libraries to use, copy, modify, adapt, distribute, and/or publish Exhibitor images, voices, and/or names obtained by MCL before, during, and after exhibiting at Comic Con for the purposes of advertising, publicity, and inclusion in the Library’s permanent collection of library materials available to the public. This authorization and consent extends to websites, television, social media, print materials, digital media, and all other forms of media and communication, including the Library’s digital content library. Exhibitor agrees that the Library will own all rights to copy, modify, adapt, distribute, and/or publish materials in any media containing Exhibitor images, voices, and/or names, and Exhibitor will have no rights in the same. Mesa County Libraries considers Exhibitor Representative’s signature to be consent for the group.
