Please click YES below to show your support for preserving the Mozino Forest as open space.  Rockwell Development is working with the Community and Economic Development Department of Upper Darby Township in proposing a new zoning category for the Mozino Tract located directly across State Road from Drexeline Shopping Center.  The new proposed Community Mixed-Use (CMU) zoning ordinance will permit up to 143 housing units including single homes, townhomes, and an 8 story apartment building along with retail space. In addition to putting enormous stress on traffic, schools, public services, stormwater management, and the health of Collen Brook, a major tributary to the Darby Creek.....this development would take away the last forested open space in the Township.  Tell the Township Council Members NOT to change the zoning to Community Mixed Use!
