Instructions: Each carpool group must submit a single application form. Please email a "Proof of Residence" document for
each member (such as a copy of a utility bill) to
SmartParkCarpool@spplus.com. Carpool participants attending school (college, high school, or trade school) must also attach enrollment verification and school hours.
Please include documents for all applicants in one email with the subject line stating the contact person's name (i.e., Proof of Residence for Jane Doe).Carpool rates are as follows:1st & Jefferson: $199 - Two or more members
*3rd & Alder:
$199 - Two or more members
10th & Yamhill: $199 - Two or more members
4th & Yamhill: $199 - Two or more members
Naito & Davis: $174 - Two or more members
*3rd & Alder is not currently accepting any new applications for carpool. Applications requesting this location will be put on a waitlist. When spaces becomes available, the contact person for the carpool will be notified via email.
Lost access cards are $10 to replace.
The City reserves the right to not renew permits, with 30 days written notice, if the number of carpool spaces allowed in a SmartPark facility is reduced for any reason.
