Please make sure that you complete ALL details and make your payment via Bank Transfer by no later than 1st July 2025, so that we can finalise the programme, and our arrangements for refreshments, light lunches etc.

The in-person fee covers FCVC Network membership (for 12 months), FCVC2025 event and rooming costs, light lunches and refreshments. 

Early bird rate: Available until 31st May 2025.                                                                                                 

Employed delegates: £150 // Independent researchers / PGRs: £100.

Full Fee: Registration closes 1st July 2025.

How to pay your registration fee: Payment is by Bank Transfer.
