DCRC LGBTQ Domestic and Sexual Violence Program Survey
This survey is to help assess the needs of the Triangle LGBTQ* community as they relate to intimate partner violence, sexual violence, and human trafficking. This survey should only be completed by folx who identify as being a part of the LGBTQ* community. The responses from this survey will not be used for any marketing or commercial gain and will be kept internally within the Durham Crisis Response Center.

Intimate partner violence (IPV) is defined as a pattern of power and control by a current or former partner that includes but is not limited to physical, emotional, financial, sexual, or verbal abuse. Have you experienced intimate partner violence? *
Sexual violence (SV) is defined as any sexual act, verbal or physical, done without consent from an individual. Consent, in this context, is defined as an agreement to participate in a sexual activity. Consent is freely given, specific, and is reversible at any time. Have you experienced sexual violence? *
