Acclaimed Real Estate Developer Tridel will spearhead the project that will see 3 high-rise condos, along with 3 apartments, an office building and retail space totalling 420,000 square feet rise up from Spadina avenue and Front Street.

The Well Condos will be THE place to live, work, play, shop, and eat in downtown Toronto. The city is energetic, diverse, and vibrant, and that is what The Well will bring to the downtown core.

The 420,000 square feet of retail space will house premium, flagship, and concept stores along with restaurants, cafes, entertainment options and a grocery store.
