I agree that I do not own this animal and therefore must return it to the rescue if requested.

I agree to return all loaned equipment and supplies once the animals are adopted. If I fail to do so, I agree to pay the rescue for the value of the borrowed items.

I agree to provide the best care for this animal including adequate housing, diet, socialization, and veterinary care. (All vet care will be paid for by the rescue.)

I agree that all veterinary care not approved by the rescue will be my own financial responsibility.
