NEW IN 2016: The referee crew is required to check each team's official Team Photo Roster prior to any match and require a valid NCASA Player Photo Roster ID for every player. Following the player check-in, the referee should give the roster to the SAR for the checking of late arrivals. The referee must keep the Team Roster for confirming the match results at the end of the match with the entire crew, and filing the online reports as required.
If the referee failed to bring a blank USSF Match Report Form to the match, the referee should print a copy of this report prior to submitting the form. Remember: Two online match reports are required for every CPSL match -- this online form and the match report form in ArbiterSports.
