Talents4AA is a non-profit association dedicated to promoting the mobility aftermarket sector and engaging talents of all ages. Established in 2022 and founded by key corporations in the Automotive Aftermarket. Our mission is to showcase the immense importance of this sector, which is frequently overlooked, and to position it as a thriving hub of opportunities for individuals aspiring to pursue dynamic and influential careers.
Aftermarket Women Network (AWN) was founded with the vision to advocate for the advancement of women in the independent aftermarket, AWN provides a platform for networking, professional development, and community building. We strive to create a space where women are empowered, celebrated, and represented at every level of the Automotive Aftermarket.
The Automotive Aftermarket includes all vehicle-related services and products post-production, such as spare parts and maintenance. It has become a hub for innovation and sustainability, emphasizing repair and maintenance over replacements, in line with the circular economy model.

Meeting schedules are flexible and based on mutual availability between you and your mentor.
