Established in 2022 and founded by key corporations in the Automotive Aftermarket, TALENTS4AA is a non-profit association dedicated to promoting the mobility aftermarket sector and engaging talents of all ages. Our mission is to showcase the immense importance of this sector, which is frequently overlooked, and to position it as a thriving hub of opportunities for individuals aspiring to pursue dynamic and influential careers.

The Automotive Aftermarket includes all vehicle-related services and products post-production, such as spare parts and maintenance. It has become a hub for innovation and sustainability, emphasizing repair and maintenance over replacements, in line with the circular economy model.

Our six-month mentorship program pairs you with experienced professionals who provide career guidance and foster your professional development. Meeting schedules are flexible and based on mutual availability between you and your mentor.
