HRDC offers several programs to assist families experiencing homelessness. To be considered for these programs, complete this referral form. As openings come available, staff will contact you to determine eligibility for our programs.

To be considered, households must meet the following criteria:

• Must have at least one dependent child (less than 18 years old) in their primary physical custody
• Must be experiencing homelessness (living in a camper, on the street, in a shelter, or in a place not meant for habitation) OR must be at imminent risk of homelessness (will lose housing within 14 days; couch surfing short term with no subsequent residence identified; etc).
