Sign on to show your support for Starbucks workers who are organizing a union as part of a nationwide wave of labor organizing, in an effort to become true partners in their workplace.
Starbucks workers at two Jacksonville stores took a key step in forming a union, joining over a hundred other locations nationwide. These workers are demanding a voice in their workplace and a seat at the table to negotiate benefits, health and safety protections, adequate staffing, and a living wage.

We echo the request of Starbucks union organizers for neighbors to support their efforts by ordering drinks under the names “Union Yes” or “Union Strong” in the Starbucks app at the two unionizing locations. And, as always, please tip your baristas as they continue to stand on the front lines, working to push for change one cup at a time.
We stand in solidarity with the workers of Starbucks as they fight to achieve democracy in their workplace, despite corporate union-busting tactics. Forming a union will help ensure that decisions affecting stores, jobs, and customers are not purely profit-driven, but include the workers’ perspective. Our values – social justice, equity, inclusion – compel us to speak out forcefully against Starbucks’ anti-union program.
