This is an application form for those seeking for membership within any of the Tempus Dedicated Servers. Please make sure you read all the information and terms within the form before applying, ensure you fill in the form with all your correct information and details.
What is your Discord Name and User ID? *
Discord name would follow the format of your Username and your User ID is your ID that cannot be changed, to obtain this make sure you have developer mode enabled in settings and then copy your ID.
What is your Gamer tag? *
If applicable, please let us know your gamer tag for the server you are trying to apply for. Type N/A if not applicable.
What is your email? *
This is essential information, you must require an email address even if you provide your Twitter.
Which Dedicated server/s would you like to apply for? *
You can choose multiple, but this does not guarantee you will have access or members to one or all! Keep in mind that not all servers will be constantly online and active and will be started under the discretion of KingKxizen.
Support us (Optional) *
You can choose to support Tempus by pitching in whatever you wish, whether it be a one-time or monthly payment. This allows us to cover maintenance, upgrades and other costs.
Payments will be paid via PayPal, if you use another currency, PayPal will convert it to pounds and show you the currency exchange result before transfer, however you must ensure this equates to exactly the payment plan you’ve selected. Any payments made are not refundable in any circumstances, please be advised before continuing.
