The Telco's said: "Switching off the 3G networks freed up radio frequency spectrum to boost the capacity, speed and reliability of 4G and 5G networks".  Completing this survey will help CSF address concerns that some people have in relation to their mobile telephone service by understanding what communities are experiencing.
