In order to provide assistance and funding to you, we need to collect personal data about you, and we keep this in our records. We respect your privacy, and we seek to keep your personal data secure. A copy of our Data Protection Privacy Notice, containing details of your rights and our obligations under the Law, is available on request. Your rights include the right to request the deletion of your data, subject to certain exceptions. In order to raise the funding needed to provide assistance to you and others, we may have to provide personal information about you to donors and relief agencies, including sensitive personal information. We do this in order to explain and justify the requirement for funding generally and in specific cases, as well as to assist with the co-ordination and provision of relief.
