Application Form for School Bus Service

Important Notes:

1) The School Bus Service is governed by Terms and Conditions which can be found on our ISS website. By submitting this application, you have agreed to abide by the Terms and Conditions.

2) You will have to submit 2 separate applications if you're registering for more than one child AND one of them is not studying in the same campus as the other(s). For example, one of your child is studying at Paterson campus while the other(s) at Preston campus. The reason is bus services for Preston and Paterson campuses are arranged separately as they are located in different places.

3) Your application will take about 3 weeks to process. You will receive an sms/ email upon confirmation.

4) We will inform you on the bus details and schedules only after we have received confirmation of payment by you from our Finance department, and the signed release waiver and indemnity form (if applicable).

5) To avoid any inconvenience caused by late payments, please settle your invoices promptly.
