Games on Demand Online 2024 -- Game Facilitator Form
Welcome Game Facilitators!

Games on Demand will be holding our online convention again February 16-18, 2024. We'd love for you to facilitate a role-playing game online with us!

IMPORTANT: Our event is inclusive, anti-racist, queer-friendly, and welcoming to gamers of all backgrounds. We expect that you as facilitators will help us achieve this goal as well. We have an expectation of game facilitators to explain, include and use safety tools for these online sessions. More guidance is available at our Accessibility, Inclusion, and Online Game Events document.
Try to get us this survey by February 2nd so we can put you on the schedule.

If you'd like to run more than one game, you are welcome to fill out this survey more than once.

If you'd like to see what games have already been proposed, check out the spreadsheet of proposals.

New entries will be uploaded a couple times a week; don't worry if you don't immediately see your entry in Warhorn.

GM Name (for event promotion)
This doesn't have to be your legal public name - it can be a nickname that you run games under. We'll use this name to identify you in your game(s)' description(s) on Warhorn.
GM's Warhorn E-mail Address *
Important: Please register for our Warhorn event so that when this form is processed, you can be granted GM access.

Also let us know which email address you used to register for Warhorn so that we can connect you to your event proposal, which will let you own your session and provide Zoom / Discord / similar communication links to your players.

GM's Discord Identity
Display name or username, we just would like to be able to connect with you (if you would like).
This event will be, in part, run on the Games on Demand Discord. Do you need an invite? *
Title of Your Event *
What's the title you want to use for this specific session? (It doesn't have to be the name of the game system, and you might want to run more than one game over the weekend.)

For example, someone may run a session titled "Strahd's Worst Day Ever," which happens to be in the D&D 5E game system. This entry would want "Strahd's Worst Day Ever."
Game System *
Continuing on from the example above, "D&D 5E" would be the name of the game system of the session "Strahd's Worst Day Ever."

Note: Many game systems already exist in Warhorn and to keep there system as clean and uncluttered as possible it would help if you checked if the game already exists and if it does then use the name of the game system in the Warhorn directory.
A Short Overview of Your Event (Less than 200 words please!) *
Let people know why they'd want to play your game and what types of things they can expect to encounter, whether that's "comedy hijinks" or "action adventure" or "horror" or something else. (This document has some suggestions on composing a game description, including things you might wish to warn for.)
Minimum Number of Players *
Maximum Number of Players *
Platform for Your Event (Zoom, Skype, Roll20, Discord, etc)
*
Session Date *
Which day do you want this session to happen? (This spreadsheet will show you what events have already been proposed.)
What is your preferred start time (Eastern Time, GMT-5) for your event?
*
We're encouraging organization around the following 4 blocks for ease of scheduling (see just below). We anticipate that most sessions will be 4 hours or less, which generally leaves an hour between each blocks for a break -- so, for example, a 4 hour game in Block A will leave an hour's break before Block B starts.

How many hours would you like your session to run? (We anticipate that 2-4 hours will be the usual duration, but offer other options in case they're needed.)
