St. Marcus Lutheran School Chromebook User Agreement: 2025-2026 SCHOOL YEAR

A COPY OF THE FULL POLICY TO WHICH YOU ARE AGREEING TO IS AVAILABLE IN THE SCHOOL OFFICES, OR ELECTRONICALLY AT http://www.stmarcus.org/school/parent-room

This agreement must be ELECTRONICALLY signed by the student AND parent/guardian before a Chromebook will be issued to the student to be able to utilize the Chromebook outside of the classroom and to take off of St. Marcus Lutheran School’s campus.

By submitting this form both the STUDENT and PARENT/GUARDIAN are acknowledging receipt, understanding and agreement to the 2025-2026 St. Marcus Lutheran School Chromebook User Agreement.

*ONE STUDENT PLUS ONE PARENT/GUARDIAN MUST FILL OUT ONE FORM FOR EACH CHILD USING A CHROMEBOOK*
