New Student Youth Asset Team (YAT) Application for Spring 2024 School Year

This application should be completed by a current 9th, 10th or 11th grade student who would like to be considered for the Youth Asset Team (YAT). This application must be submitted by Monday, January 8, 2024. After your application is received, you will then be required to submit your online Registration/payment fee by January 16th. We will send you and your parent the Registration Link after application approval. Before you begin, please confirm the following: *

I am a 10th, 11th or 12th grade student. (If not, this may not be the correct application).

I want to apply for The Community Fund of Darien's Youth Asset Team for high school students that meets bi-weekly on Thursdays evenings.

I realize this application has TWO Parts (Student Info and Parent Info/Registration Fee). I acknowledge that my application will not be considered until both parts have been successfully submitted.

Please acknowledge you have read and understood the following YAT Student Contract: *

I am committed to attend each of the meetings of Youth Asset Team, every other Thursday at 7pm. If I miss more than 3 meetings, YAT has the right to ask other students to join in my place.

I understand that my participation in YAT is a privilege and my active participation is expected.

I understand that if I cannot contribute positively to this group (being respectful of leaders, peers and those we serve) I will be removed from Youth Asset Team.

PART TWO: Parent Info/Registration Fee (to be completed by PARENT)

A link to Parent Info/Registration Fee will be emailed to the family directly for the PARENT to complete by January 16, 2024. The link will include the submission of Parent Info and the Registration Fee of $200.00. If the Registration Fee would be a financial burden, please let us know. Confidential scholarships are available.
