CNVC PRACTICE SERIES SESSION #6 ~ BEGIN ANEW ~
When a difficulty arises and one feels resentful or hurt, we can look deeply and honesty at the feelings and thoughts of ourselves to refresh our perspective and find peace and ease in our relationships. This workshop will present strategies and tools that will be practiced in small groups to identify ways to manage difficult situations of conflict and allow us to begin the relationship again, refreshed.
Everyone is welcome! This workshop is for all levels of experience with NVC, including those with no experience.
Compassionate Nonviolent Communication (CNVC), developed by Marshall Rosenberg, is a powerful tool for transforming and mediating interpersonal, intra-personal, organizational, and inter-group conflicts. It is used worldwide by activists, teachers, conflict specialists, doctors, diplomats, social workers, managers, and others to improve their work and home life. The practice of NVC can help us understand ourselves more fully, provide us with a sense of power and choice in our lives, and open our hearts to compassionately connect and collaborate with others.
Payment is requested on a sliding scale. Please consider contributing $10-$25 to support our work and help us better serve the community. FREE for students. No one will be turned away for lack of payment and we welcome you either way.
