Baltimore Doula Project (BDP) is seeking volunteer Leadership Circle members to join our small and mighty organization for a two-year term starting in Fall 2024. BDP is volunteer-run and leadership members manage administrative and program duties. BDP is seeking a diverse coalition of Leadership Circle members to better reflect the community we serve and will be prioritizing BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ candidates.
First-time Leadership Circle members are welcome and encouraged to apply!
Applications are being reviewed on a rolling basis, so please apply ASAP!
Priority deadline for applications is August 6th with our first round of interviews happening the week of August 19th!
We are eager to bring new folks on board and are open to people joining in various positions, including but not limited to:
- Communications & Social Media Lead
- Birth and Postpartum Doula Intake Lead
- Fundraising & Donation Coordinator
- Abortion Program Lead
- Pregnancy & Substance Use Lead
- Secretary
- Operations and Partnerships Liaison
All Leadership Circle members will will be responsible and accountable for specific tasks within their role and will also be able to participate in/lead/support additional committees and projects based on their areas of interest and passion!
