Peace With Justice Grant Application
The BWC Peace with Justice grant is made possible by the annual Peace with Justice Offering (Book of Discipline ¶263-5). 50% of this offering is retained for local Peace with Justice ministry. Peace with Justice witnesses to God’s demand for a faithful, just, disarmed, and secure world. To apply for funding from BWC’s Peace with Justice (PWJ) grant, the applicant must be a United Methodist local church, district, conference, or other affiliated organization, or an Ecumenical group/organization working with and through at least one United Methodist agency or organization. The total amount of the funds collected during the offering impacts the total amount of funding granted in a given calendar year.
