Strawberry Showcase Entry Form
The "Strawberry Showcase" is designed to showcase and create synergy for local talent. All cash and community sponsor prizes given go directly to the contestants. All participants must be available to compete in the final round of the competition scheduled for 7pm, April 27th, 2019.

Contestants will compete for the following titles:

First Place
Second Place
Third Place
And People’s Choice

*Community sponsor gifts are subject to change as well as substitutions at the sole discretion of the community sponsor, for a list visit www.KrazyKup.com/talentshow. As additional sponsors are added, total available cash and prizes may increase!
Format
1. After submitting this form, entries will be notified if they have made it to one of the live audition dates.

2. If selected for one of the live audition dates contestants must pay a $25 entry fee by cash or card at your scheduled time and date for your live audition.

3. Five acts will be selected as finalists at the end of each live audition date for a total of 15 finalists, those finalists will be narrowed to a top 10 to take part in the final competition. The extra 5 finalists will act as alternates that will be called upon to perform in the final competition if one or more of the top 10 are unable to perform.

4. Acts will be judged on Presentation, Content, Originality and Proficiency.

5. Voting at the auditions and the final will be conducted by a panel of judges made up of local talent, business owners and community leaders.
