Please submit this form to request a space at our November 15, 2025 (10am-3pm) craft show. Within one week of submitting, we will respond to let you know we have received your request and have space for you in this year's craft show. In order to confirm your space, payment is due at time of registration. If we do not receive your payment prior to the event, your spot will not be reserved. Please mail payment to:

This year we will be collecting a silent auction item as well to help increase fundraising for the 7th and 8th grade class trip. Please have your item (or bundle of items) be a minimum of $20 to place out for auction. We greatly appreciate your kindness and generosity to help support our students here at Faith!
Set up will be Friday, November 14th from 5:00-7:00pm and again the morning of the event before doors open from 8:00-10:00am.
As always, please share with your friends and family and other crafters you may know! We'd love to build our craft show back up and fill the halls with vendors!
Options for spaces and costs are as follows:
8x10 - $55 for 1st space and $50 for each additional
8x8 - $45 for 1st space and $40 for each additional
10x5 - $35 for 1st space and then $30 for each additional
Maximum space rental is 3 spaces.
Tables rentals are $5 each
Electrical hook up (if needed) is $5 - you must provide your own extension cords, etc.
