Real Riddim Dance Workout Certified Instructor Application/Audition Form

We're looking for our next group of certified Real Riddim Dance Workout Certified Instructors to bring our format to their city! 

We’re looking for passionate, energetic, and experienced instructors with REAL VIBES to join our growing dance fitness brand. If you’re already an active dance or fitness instructor, or have a strong background in both, we want to hear from you!

Requirements include:

  • Prior teaching experience (dance, fitness, or both)

  • Familiarity and comfortability with Caribbean and Afrobeats styles, genres & culture

  • Friendly, energetic personality with the ability to show up BIG, motivate, and inspire others

  • A strong passion for movement and creating an inclusive, fun environment for all dance/fitness levels

  • Ability to engage and energize a class while promoting a positive and supportive atmosphere

  • Active on social media & comfortable engaging and being on camera

  • Must be open to teaching in an area outside of Bergen County, NJ (we're looking to expand in new areas!)

  • Must be a self-starter and be willing to do what it takes to grow your classes and presence
