NSGSC Evaluations Appeal Process
Dear NSGSC Member,

Please complete all of the following steps to complete your evaluations appeal:

Once the form is complete, the Director of Coaching at NSGSC will respond within 72 hours of the form being submitted. No further action from your end is needed until an email is sent to you by the Director of Coaching. 

Please note: No telephone calls will be accepted regarding appeals. All appeals will be reviewed and processed prior to the start of the season.  Results from this appeal are final, there are no additional appeals.
