"Foundation for the Future in Fine Chocolate" Our planning team will be organizing six different workshops related to this conference theme. Over the coming days, we will be seeking dynamic presenters from within and outside the industry, who can speak on the following topics:
1. Value Chain Partnerships and Sourcing Quality Ingredients2. Product Development and Innovations3. Tastes and Quality Standards
If you have an idea you feel would be of interest to our event attendees and would like to be considered as a presenter, please complete this Presenter Submission Form and submit no later than April 8, 2019. An FCIA Committee will review submissions and accept appropriate proposals by April 25, 2019.
Please consider topics that fit our theme and topics mentioned above. We welcome ideas that address all segments of our industry and the wide range of members who are part of FCIA, from growers and producers to chocolate makers and manufacturers, chocolatiers, pastry chefs,
industry suppliers (beans, ingredients, supplies, equipment, packaging),
bloggers, educators, writers and others who support the industry.
