How would you like your DJ to dress?
DJ Table Linen Color. I bring a 6 ft table with me. I have 4 different colors for my table linen. Please choose one.
Ceremony Information
I include two lapel mics. One is for the officiant. Would you like to use the additional mic for the groom in order for guests to clearly hear the bride and groom vows?
Will there be any special readings by the wedding party, family, or other members?
If yes, where would you like the microphone stand to be placed?
Will there be live musicians playing ceremony music?
If yes, what instruments will they be playing? (This helps me know whether or not they will need sound inputs)
Your answer
Ceremony Music

*Please specify the Artist and the Song*
Typically the ceremony music can be one of three ways:
1.) Traditional Songs (Canon in D, Bridal March, Wedding March) (I have three different versions of these songs: Acoustic Guitar, Piano, or Strings/Symphony)
2.) Your favorite songs
3.) Instrumental versions of your favorite songs (these can often be found on YouTube, iTunes, Spotify, or Amazon Music)
Music for Prelude (30 minutes prior to the ceremony as guests arrive...if nothing is noted soft instrumental music is typically played)

Dance Floor Preference
*I try my very best to read the dance floor and incorporate as many of your Must Play Favorite songs as possible*
If guests aren't responding to a certain song, artist, or genre, is it more important for me to play every song on your list or would it be okay to mix the music based on how the dance floor is responding? *
