TUSAM is currently putting together an Interim Advisory Board, and has put out a request for Board Members to advise on the following high level functions.
- Human Capital
- Marketing and Communications
- Finance
- Legal and Compliance
- Constitutional and Voting Law
- Operations and Information Technology
- Project Management

TUSAM is also putting together a volunteer team of people who can assist with day-to-day functions, in support of the TUSAM Interim Council and the TUSAM Advisory Board - and to support the execution of TUSAM's strategic and operational plans. In particular TUSAM is looking for people with the following skills, who have the availability to assist.
- Digital Media - Campaign Support
- Digital Media - Content Creation (writing)
- Digital Media - Content Creation (graphic, video, etc)
- General Administration
- Project Management (particularly conference organisation)
- General Communications (follow up of inbound messaging, etc)
These volunteers positions could eventually become paid positions, but this will depend on the success of TUSAM's fundraising activities.
