LIABILITY RELEASE AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT

I acknowledge that skiing, ski racing, running, mountain biking and related activities are hazardous activities and that injuries are a common and ordinary occurrence. I freely assume those risks. I have made a voluntary choice to participate despite the serious risks. In consideration of my being able to participate in the events, and any related activities (for example, and not by way of limitation, skiing, practicing, racing, recreational skiing, biking, running, skiing to practice areas), I agree to assume any and all risks of injury or death which may be associated with or result in any way from my participation in any of the above stated events and all related activities.

I have carefully read this Agreement. I understand this is a RELEASE OF LIABILITY, which will legally PREVENT me or any other person from filing a suit or making other legal claims in the event of my death or injury to me.  This Agreement is binding upon heirs, assigns, and legal representatives.

I personally do not hold Galena Lodge, Paulymeyer LLC, BCRD, USFS, or anyone else responsible for the event, liable for any medical problems that could occur during the Ride, Stride and Glide.  I also agree to release all rights for any photos taken before, during, or after this event.
