Thank you for your interest in our Hisle Elementary PTO Trunk or Treat. We are hoping to provide a fun, safe event for the families within our community and build connections between school, families, community members and local business partners. We are looking for individuals, business owners and community members to provide a fun, decorated station- typically a trunk- for children to visit that includes a treat, trinket, activity etc. Please ensure your station is child friendly and not overly scary.
Our event takes place October 25, 5:30-7pm and will take place in our Red Car Line parking lot with entrance on Flexibility Lane. Set up will be between 4 and 5pm October 25. Only 1 spot per application will be assigned. Each participant will be given 1 parking spot with a parking spot between each vehicle/station. If you would like additional spaces please fill another form and indicate if your would like to be beside another participant. We will do our best to accommodate requests but please understand it may not be possible. We will send an email closer to the event with a map and confirm set up information. Please add programs@hislepto.org to your safe list.
Participants are responsible for providing their own power if needed for speakers etc. There is no access to electricity.
Hisle PTO are not responsible for damages to vehicles or decor used.
We have a right to deny participation if participants arrive after 5pm, their space is not considered family friendly or their offerings
