Christmas Together 2026 — Participation Registration

Christmas Together 2026 is a national festive platform taking place at Marina Bay Sands from 26–29 November 2026, spanning 70,000 sq ft and welcoming more than 40,000 visitors. Public entry will be free, making the village accessible, to encourage strong footfall across the four-day event.

Brought to life as A Sustainable Christmas Village, Christmas Together brings together gifting, giving, workshops, performances, festive food, children’s activities and community moments, all in support of vulnerable children through the Singapore Red Cross Young Hearts Programme.

At its heart, Christmas Together is guided by a simple vision: that a time of celebration can become a platform for contribution. It opens up a national festive stage for people from all walks of life to come together and give in their own way—each using what they have to help bring the village to life.

This village is built by many hands, but held together by one shared intention: to support children who need us most. Because it takes a village to raise a child, we invite you to be part of it.

Important Notes

For Vendors & Market Participants:

  • Vendor and market participation spaces are limited and will be curated based on category fit, sustainability alignment, space availability and the overall village experience.
  • Public entry is free, thus vendors will be part of an accessible festive platform designed to welcome strong visitor flow across the event.
  • Early Bird Participation Rate: register by 15 July 2026
  • Vendor Registration Deadline: 15 August 2026
For Sponsors, Corporate Donors, Partners, Performers, Workshop Hosts, Volunteers and Gift-in-Kind Contributors
  • Expressions of interest are welcomed on a rolling basis. Early submissions are encouraged so that contributions can be meaningfully planned into the village experience.

If you would like to participate in more than one pathway, please submit a separate form for each type of participation.

Shortlisted applicants will receive confirmation and next steps.

100% Impact Policy to Support Vulnerable Children

Donations

  • 100% of donations received for Christmas Together will go directly to the Singapore Red Cross Young Hearts Programme, in support of vulnerable children through education, mentorship, enrichment and nutrition.

Booth & Participation Fees

  • Booth and participation fees are separate from donations. These fees help support the shared build, infrastructure, production and visitor experience required to bring Christmas Together to life as a national festive fundraiser for children-in-need.
  • Any balance from booth and participation fees after event costs will be donated to the Singapore Red Cross Young Hearts Programme.
No Surplus or Profit Retained
  • Sustainable Markets SG does not retain any surplus or profit from booth fees, participation fees or donations.
Christmas Together Opening Hours 

Christmas Together 2026 will take place from 26 to 29 November 2026 at Marina Bay Sands Convention Centre Hall F.

General event opening hours are currently planned as:

  • Thursday, 26 November 2026: 3pm to 9pm
    Opening Preview Day
  • Friday, 27 November 2026: 11am to 9pm
    Public Day with Corporate & Community Giving activities
  • Saturday, 28 November 2026: 11am to 9pm
    Public Festive Weekend
  • Sunday, 29 November 2026: 11am to 7pm
    Public Festive Weekend
Opening hours are subject to change. Final operating hours, set-up timings and participation requirements will be confirmed with selected participants closer to the event.
