The Tri-M Music Honor Society provides an opportunity for CHS music students to lead and serve the Carteret Community.

Please complete this application if you are applying to become a new member of Tri-M Music Honor Society.

This form acts as your official application form for Tri-M membership.

Hard copy of the signature page must be submitted to your ensemble director NO LATER than Sunday June 12th, 2022 AT 11:59PM

(There are specific criteria members must fulfill to become members.)

The contact information from this survey will only be used to communicate Tri-M information and links in the future if you are selected to become a member.

Student Self Checklist *

Before continuing, make sure you have self screened yourself.

Students must be going into 11th or 12th grade

Students must be enrolled in at least one full year music class.

Students must be a good standing member of a performance ensemble (any instrumental or vocal)

Students must maintain a music average of at least 90% when applying, and as a member.

Students must maintain an average of at least 80% in other classes when applying, and as a member.
