Fund Raising Activity Application for a CVHS Extra-Curricular Club/Organization
All classes, clubs or other organization associated with the high school, must have administrative approval for all fund-raising activities. Advisors must adhere to board Policy 229 regarding fundraising as well as the guidelines for Student Activity Accounts.
This completed application must be submitted at least 30 days prior to the anticipated beginning of the fund raising activity.
