4. Three Relationships
Our relationships are now limited. The number of meetings is reduced to a minimum. We are separated from our friends and classmates who we used to see every day. Face-to-face meetings are replaced with online live meetings. Many youths miss meeting up with others, they feel lonely. That’s how our reality looks now.

But it’s also true that only the most important relationships are left. We can divide them into three groups. The first is RELATIONSHIPS WITH OTHER PEOPLE – those that live with us or are in touch with us. We are “imprisoned” with the most important people in our life now and that gives us an incredible occasion to strengthen relationships with them. Another group is our RELATIONSHIP WITH OURSELVES – there are favorable conditions to eventually stay one-on-one with ourselves and meet our true self. The last type is our RELATIONSHIP WITH THE CREATOR whose voice can be heard much clearer in silence. The more we remain in that silence the more sensitive our ear becomes to its sound. So can this time of “no meetings” paradoxically turn out to be the “deepest meeting” we’ve had? I believe so and this exercise can help you with that.

You can do this exercise using a computer, tablet or phone. You need a peaceful place and at least 20 minutes. After the Exercise there will be a kind of anonymous sharing to get inspired by others. At the beginning:
Have a seat in a peaceful place...
Take a few deep breaths...
Say "yes" to everything that comes from within you...
