We are looking for someone to join our team who is approachable, personable, and detail-orientated to ensure that customers receive a warm welcome and have an excellent time. We encourage all applicants to play our games prior to applying; this way, you know what our adventures entail.
We LOVE curating immersive and exciting experiences for people, and we want Game Guides who love to do that as much as we do! Prior customer service experience is a plus!
Responsibilities
- Ensure excellent customer service experiences through friendly and respectful interactions.
- Operate the game and help the guests succeed.
- Seamlessly intervene as needed in the event of a malfunction.
- Maintain games through proper reset, cleaning, and regular testing.
- Aid in store upkeep and cleaning.
- Answer customer calls and inquiries.
- Operate the front desk and lobby area providing a friendly check in and check out experience.
In order to perform these responsibilities, applicants must be able to:
- Type and use a computer mouse.
- Lift a minimum of 15 lbs.
- Bend, stoop, crawl, kneel, and work in confined or low-clearance spaces as needed.
- Walk a total of at least 2 miles over the course of one day.
All applicants must be at least 16 years old, and have access to reliable transportation.
Weekend availability is required for application.
