WINTERFEST Postponed to 2nd & 3rd October 2021
Sadly, due to the on going changes in the COVID situation in NSW during the past 48 hours, we at Winterfest have decided, for the safety of guests and participants, to postpone our event to the weekend of 2nd and 3rd October 2021.
This difficult decision has been carefully considered by our organisers, with advice from a number of COVID safety specialists, and liaising with NSW Health directly.
We know this is disappointing for all, but thank you for being so understanding and staying with us during this journey.
Please use the fields BELOW to nominate your preference to either:
a) ROLLOVER: Hold onto your existing ticket/s and attend our new event dates on 2 and 3 October *
(If you choose to rollover your ticket/s to the new date then you are all set as your existing ticket/s will be valid for our new dates)
b) REFUND: receive a full refund for your paid tickets.
(Refunds will be processed within 7 days by our ticketing partner Ticketebo, with funds returned to the card used to make your ticket purchase. Ticketebo will email once your refund has been processed.)
*If you choose to hold onto your tickets for our new dates, but you are unable to attend for any reason, you can request to be refunded prior to the rescheduled event taking place.
NSW Dine & Discover Voucher Ticket Holders:
Your existing tickets obtained through the NSW Dine & Discover voucher program will be valid for our new dates.
The scheme does not allow for a refund for the voucher value. If you used your free Dine & Discover vouchers and also paid for tickets then you may nominate to receive a refund for the paid component of your ticket purchase using this webform.
We very much look forward to bringing the Winterfest experience to everyone in October, and once again thank you for your patience and understanding during this difficult time.
