Riders may be allowed to enter a division other than the division they  qualify for with good reason. If applicable, please have your team captain indicate the   division in which you would like to compete as well as a detailed description of why you feel this division is more appropriate:

Have you shown on the OUEA circuit in previous years?  If so, what division did  you show and did you go through an appeal process?

Please include a link to a video of the individual that has been taken within the past 3 months riding at the qualifying height of the desired division. You may send a video via email.
