This is the sign-up form for Troop 599 Scouts and Adults for upcoming merit badge sign-off event at the Scout Lodge.

As always, adult leaders will be on call to handle sign-offs, ARQs, merit badge reviews and other duties.  

We will meet at the Scout Hut at a time to be determined on Saturday, May 11. 

Please fill out this form COMPLETELY - ONE FORM FOR EACH PARTICIPANT (Scouts and Adults) and submit it ONLINE no later than Monday night (midnight) before the outing.

NOTE:  Fees for this outing are:

           Adult grub = $TBD (payable to Mrs. Hunt)
           Scout grub = $TBD (payable to patrol grubmaster)

When you submit this form - If it does not indicate to you that your form was successfully submitted and it brings you back to the form it is because you did not answer all the questions.  Answer the question missing an answer and resubmit. Check the "see who is going" link to make sure you're on the list, and contact Mr. Binnionif you have to change plans.
