Thank you for your interest in the Alternative Testing Program (ATP) for Fall 2024.
The Alternative Testing Program (ATP), administered by Student Disability Services (SDS), provides centralized testing support for students with SDS-approved exam accommodations in participating courses.
This support includes:
- Coordination of ATP-trained proctors for accommodated exams.
- Scheduling rooms.
- Communicating exam details to students, instructors, and proctors.
- Managing and coordinating conflict exams.
- Addressing student inquiries about testing accommodations.
The deadline to enroll for Fall 2024 ATP support is August 30, 2024.
By submitting this form, your course is automatically accepted into the program.
If the number of classes enrolling exceeds our expectations, form will change to indicate that program capacity is full you’ll be added to a waitlist and contacted at a later date if we can accept your course.
To complete this form, you must know exam dates, details, and preferences.
