Our preschool application process is separate from this one.  Please do not fill this out for Little Hornets Preschool.  To enroll in Little Hornets Preschool, please contact Joy Ritter at joy.ritter@springville.academy. Current students should respond by February 5th to have priority enrollment. Current students may still apply after February 5th, but will be subject to the lottery or waiting lists if classes fill up after that. Kindergarten students should fill out this form and the Kindergarten Roundup form.
