2019 SPRING CLEANING Crafty Fair Application
Hi there! Thanks for your interest in the 2019 SPRING CLEANING Crafty Fair application. This will be the fourth year for the spring version of this show, and the 15th show I have organized.

Show details:
Date: SATURDAY April 6, 2019
Times: 10am-4pm
Where: Goodman Community Center GYM Madison, WI

Applications will be open February 1-15th 2019. Applications must be received by midnight on Friday, February 15th to be considered. Notifications will go out Sunday, February 17th, and payments will be due February 24th.

Cost to participate. There will be 2 booth size options. An 8x5 space will cost $75. A 10ft x 10ft space will cost $100.

NEW THIS YEAR!!! In an attempt to get the shoppers to open up their purses, we are going to be offering sales. In order to participate in this show I am asking all vendors to offer 25-100% of the items for sale in their booths at a discount. So, you are still able to offer some regularly priced goods, but also a portion of your booth must have some things on sale. What can you offer on sale; misprinted, flawed, off-season, things that didn't sell that you were certain were going to be the next biggest thing, also; extra art and craft supplies/fabric etc. that you have laying around that you would like to move along. Try some grab bags! People *love* grab bags.

You will be responsible for your entire display and set up, including tables.

This is a contemporary craft show. While I wish I could include all of the applications, I anticipate receiving more applications then I have spaces for, so I will need to make decisions about who I think will be a good fit for this show.
