Individuals interested in serving candidacy for an elected MACAC Executive Board position must complete this application. The Nominating Committee will review all candidate applications before determining the slate to be presented to the MACAC membership one month prior to the annual conference.

In addition to completing this application, which includes a short statement/bio indicating your interest in board service (if slated, this will be used on MACAC publications), please submit a copy of your resume, and a headshot to Sarah Summerhill, Immediate Past President, at havilan7@msu.edu.
